Barack Hussein Obama II a/k/a Barry Soetoro in Hawaii, 1969

Just when I thought I was out of it, they pull me back in.

How could Obama be in Hawaii in 1969 after his mother removed him from her renewal passport application in 1967 . More importantly, how could Obama be in Hawaii in 1969 when those that question his eligibility repeatedly claim Obama was issued a Certificate of Loss of Nationality in 1968.

A U.S. Citizen cannot be issued a Certificate of Loss of Nationality while residing within the territorial limits of the United States. And last, but certainly not least, how could Obama be enrolled at St. Francis Assisi Elementary, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1969 if he was enrolled at an elementary school in Hawaii, 1969.

A careful review of the background of a classroom photo of Scott Inoue and "Barry" indicates drawings of Christmas scenes. Obviously, the photo was taken in December, 1969. "Barry" began his education in Hawaii, 1967, in Ms. Sakai's kindergarten class at Noelani Elementary, Honolulu, HI.  Winifred (Wakai) Otaguro, was in Ms. Sakai’s kindergarten class at Noelani Elementary School in 1967 with "Barry."  Otaguro’s mother, Betty Wakai, had written the names of most of the kids in the class on the back of the picture. Her writing identifies the first little boy in the third row as “Barry Obama.”

Barry's mother earned a B.A. in anthropology at the University of Hawaii in 1967.[17] Her son attended kindergarten from 1966 to 1967 at Noelani Elementary School in Honolulu. On Aug. 13, 1968, Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro submitted an application to the U.S. Embassy, Jakarta, Indonesia to renew her expiring U.S. passport. On her renewal application, Ms. Dunham-Soetoro stated she intended to stay in Indonesia "indefinately (sic)". In the Amend to Include (Exclude), Ms. Dunham-Soetoro wrote Barack Hussein Obama, Soebarkah with his name crossed out. The instructions of the renewal application inform the applicant any person previously included on the passport who has naturalized in a foreign state should have their name identified and the declarative sentence that applies should be crossed out. Instead, Ms. Dunham-Soetoro crossed out Obama's name in the Amend section of the application.

In 1967, Dunham and her six-year-old son moved to Jakarta to rejoin Soetoro.[19] So, we have Barry in Jakarta, Indonesia from approximately Oct, 1967 through his enrollment at St. Francis Assisi. A careful review of Barry Soetoro's St. Francis Assisi enrollment was dated January 1, 1968.

In 1971, month unknown, Obama returns to Hawaii alone, unaccompanied by his mother according to Obama's biography, “Dreams from My Father,” p. 53.

Unaccompanied minors with foreign nationality arriving at a Port of Entry in the United States do not clear customs because of Immigration and Customs Enforcement policy on Human Trafficking. In 1971, Catholic Social Services of Connecticut was one of two contractors with HHS to take temporary custody of abandoned child refugees.

Stanley Ann Dunham-Soetoro departs from Jakarta, Indonesia arriving Oct. 21, 1971, in Honolulu, Hawaii, traveling on an expired passport No. F777788. Barack Hussein Obama II, Obama’s father, travels to Hawaii two weeks after Obama's mother travels from Indonesia to Hawaii. Obama's father returns to Kenya and mother returns to Indonesia after New Year’s Day, Jan. 1, 1972 according to “Dreams from My Father,” p. 62.
