Arpaio: Obama birth record 'definitely fraudulent'
Members of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's posse said in March that there was probable cause that Obama's long-form birth certificate released by the White House in April 2011 was a computer-generated forgery.
Now, Arpaio says investigators are positive it's fraudulent.
Who forges a birth certificate?
An immigrant born in a country outside of the United States of America will forge a birth certificate to fraudulently claim native born U.S. Citizenship status and natural born citizenship status.
An immigrant will have a file with the Department of Homeland Security, United States Customs and Immigration Service, INS and Customs and Border Protection Service.
