Taitz v Mississippi Democratic Party Dismissed

Taitz v. Mississippi Democratic Party dismissed in Mississippi state Court due to failure to serve summons on Michael Astrue, Commissioner of the Social Security Administration.

On September 24, 2012, Orly Taitz was in U.S. District Court in Jackson, MS for a hearing with Judge Henry Wingate alleging Barack Obama is disqualified from appearing on the Mississippi voting ballot because his birth certificate is a fake and he is using a fake Social Security Number. Obama and Pelosi filed an answer on Oct. 29, 2012. Defendants removed the lawsuit from state court to federal court on April 24, 2013.

The Democratic Party teleconferenced the hearing and filed a motion to dismiss the suit. Judge Wingate ordered Taitz to properly serve Obama, Representative Nancy Pelosi and three Hawaiian officials.

On February 19, 2013, Judge Wingate ordered Taitz's Motion for Default Judgement against SSA Commissioner Michael Astrue denied

Seem to be a routine problem with Orly T. How can you proceed without proper service? Tell me if I am wrong here. Whatever service is made, the courts deem it insufficient. Can't actually see the Parties involved because they are in hiding. Is that the case?

I dealt with this on a local level. Can't serve Police because they are behind a wall. Can't know thier address because it would be dangerous. Courts that are in agreement with this police demand personal service. This seems to cover Police Misconduct. I guess Orly is dealing with Presidential Misconduct.
