A basic tenet of democracy is that all laws are authenicated, published and archived. The President is responsible for maintaining the archives as evidence of law. An ineligible President breaks the chain of custody of the archives and voids the U.S. Constitution. Israel, New Zealand and Britain do not have written constitutions.
