Grinols v. Electoral College, First Amended Complaint

     Petitioners James Grinols, Robert Odden, Edward C. Noonan, Thomas Gregory MacLeran, Keith Judd and Orly Taitz, are seeking certification as class representatives and class action certification with a demand for a jury trial. Petitioners are suing the Governor of California, Secretary of State of California, U.S. Congress, Electoral College, Barack (Barry Soetoro) Obama, and John and Jane Does 1 through 300 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. This is a civil matter seeking relief in declaring Presidential candidate Barack (Barry) Soetoro has violated Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution by submitting a fraudulent Declaration of Candidacy in 2008 and 2012 elections.
